Celery

  

Last week we did an investigation to find out how plants drink water. We put some celery in some coloured water and left it for a few days.

We cut the celery stem and saw some coloured tubes. My one was pink and reddish.

The stem has many tubes that sucks the juice carries the water to leaves.

Adding to five

 I was learning ways to count up to 5. It was far too easy. I need a bigger challenge next time.

Core 5 today

Today I have learned to improve my spelling using the Core 5 games. I found this easy. I need harder words next time.
